Las Vegas Car Rentals and the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Club

Do you ever go to a golf course and decide that it's too easy for you? Maybe you go and think that it's too challenging. Have you ever wanted to have your pick at which course you play and which one you don't? At the Paiute Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, you can choose from 3 courses that all meet your needs. Las Vegas car rental customers can play any of three courses designed by Pete Dye to give golfers options. Snow Mountain, Sun Mountain and the Wolf Course all reside at the Paiute Golf Club where players can choose which course would best suit them. If you're feeling lucky, why not try all three and see which one is your favorite?

Will the weather be a factor at Snow Mountain? You decide!

Snow Mountain at Paiute is 18 holes and was the first of the three courses to be built in 1995. It is a par-72, 7,158 yard course that is open year round. This colorful course of browns and olives is surrounded by flowers that make it especially beautiful to look at. It has wide fairways, so the golfer doesn't get in too much trouble, and each hole is divided by natural areas. The long fairways and fierce greens can be a challenge. So watch out for those and the many bunkers along the way, Las Vegas car rental customers!

Don't forget to bring your Sunglasses for this course

The Sun Mountain course was built in 1996 and is also a par-72 course. Its 18 holes are a little bit smaller than Snow Mountain at 7,112 yards. Similar to the landscape and layout of Snow Mountain, the boundaries of each hole creates a sanctuary of colors. If you want to experience many challenges on your Las Vegas car rental vacation, Sun Mountain has its share with pot bunkers and railroad tie bunkers. There are also water hazards, natural terrain and waste areas that can be upsetting if played incorrectly.

Try the Wolf if you are up for the Challenge

The Wolf Course at the Paiute is one of the toughest courses in the area. Built in 2001, the 15th hole is an island green and a hard patch of grass to land on. This course is surrounded by a natural desert, has many elevation changes and water hazards that form two lakes. The largest course of the three, the Wolf plays to 7,400 yards. Be careful Las Vegas car rental customers because this is a very unforgiving course and when the wind is strong, it can be one of the toughest courses to play.

This entire golf club is very well maintained and the service will make you want to come again and again. Each course has a driving range, rental clubs available and a pro on site. There is a chipping green, putting green and locker room services for golfers. There is also a full service clubhouse and two snack bars to fill up your stomach along the way. The Clubhouse is quite large, at 50,000 square feet, so it can accommodate business/group meetings in the meeting rooms. The fees for these courses range from $90-$195 depending on the time of year and depending on what course you choose to play. This includes range balls, a cart and a yardage book so you can calculate your shots properly. The Paiute is just 20 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. Everyone loves choices and you clearly have many at this resort. Please visit the Paiute Golf Club to see what you can do on your upcoming Las Vegas car rental vacation.
